Architect Douglas Romines created an elegantly proportioned 16-story building for 5 River Park in the landmarked Cobble Hill townhouse district. The architecture is a modern material rendering of the neighborhood's iconic red bricks and limestone bases.

The interior style typical of Brooklyn also carried over to the bathrooms. Since living space in New York real estate is limited and valuable, a signature bathtub was developed for the project that allows for the comfort and aesthetics of freestanding bathtubs even in a small space.
